COVID IN THE NEW YEAR – BACK TO GRAY
Hello Friends,
We are all looking forward to improvements in 2021! You may be aware that Cornwall is now one of the six towns in Connecticut in a lower-infection gray zone. This is a reflection of people here taking universal safety precautions. Thank you for all your efforts to keep us safe.
Cornwall Ambulance crew members are now scheduled to get vaccinated starting next week. So we are beginning to get that important prevention tool in use. More information on Connecticut’s vaccination program can be found at www.ctcovid.com and https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus.
We continue to see elevated social service needs in town. Heather Dinneen put out an excellent insert in the Chronicle. Thanks for all the donations. Her wish list is…

Cereals – especially those more for adults – Special K in particular
Kid’s juice boxes and snacks
We are also using the Fund to supplement residents’ need of heating fuel.
