UPDATE: 12/21/2021 – After considering input and comments over the last several months – at their meeting yesterday, the Cornwall Affordable Housing Plan Committee made some changes to the Affordable Housing Plan Draft, and voted unanimously to submit the plan to the Board of Selectmen for Approval. The Board of Selectmen are likely to consider the draft for approval at their regular meeting scheduled for January 4, 2022 @ 7:30 PM via zoom.
After a year of steady progress, the final draft of the Affordable Housing Plan is now available. The Affordable Housing Plan Committee has put forth a consistent and comprehensive plan to address the need for affordable housing in our community. This final draft is a culmination of many hours of hard work by the committee, several public forums, and lots of direct citizen involvement throughout the process.
