On October 13, the P&Z will hold a public hearing on an amendment to revise the Cornwall Plains Overlay zone. This will allow mixed uses on the two properties that the zone covers, ie., the old Gymnasium/former Rumsey Hall location and the former Marvelwood property at the corner of Pine St. and Jewel St. If passed, the Commission will proceed to a Special Permit hearing pertaining to the first property mentioned.
