“Bringing Meadows into the Garden”
A presentation by Page Dickey followed by a Cocktail Reception
Page Dickey is a garden writer, lecturer, and designer. She has written on gardening and garden design for House & Garden, House Beautiful, Horticulture, Elle Décor, Architectural Digest, and The New York Times, and is the author of eight books. Her latest, Uprooted: A Gardener Reflects on Beginning Again, tells of her recent move to the Northwest Corner and subsequent gardening adventures in Falls Village, where she lives with her husband, Bosco Schell. Page is a director emeritus of the Garden Conservancy and co-founded its Open Days Program. Recently elected as an honorary member of The Garden Club of America, she serves on the boards of Stonecrop Gardens, Hollister House Garden, and the Little Guild. Page’s talk will be held at the UCC Meetinghouse, 8 Bolton Hill Road in Cornwall Village. The cocktail reception that follows will be held just around the corner at the Cornwall Library.
Tickets are $30 for the Talk & Cocktail Reception, $30 for the Garden Tours or $50 for both.
