Learn how to use gouache opaque paints for sketches and finished paintings. Class will cover how this medium is used to create layered work that resembles oil painting styles and techniques and how it can be used in combination with transparent watercolors. Participants will create paintings with supplies provided free for use at the class through a grant from the Joelle Sander Memorial Fund.

$75 includes 3 weekly Saturday sessions – payable to the instructor at class.
