River Road is now open!
UPDATE:
Hello,
The wall project is almost complete. There are still a few steps ahead of us; remove temporary retaining wall, backfill, install drainage pipes, bring in topsoil, set guard rails, pave the area. We are optimistic that the road will open up the middle of next week.
