NOTICE FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
Please note: A rate schedule was approved at a Town meeting on Friday, December 8th for obtaining a Building Permit.
The new rates will go into effect on January 1, 2024.
New Fees are $30 for the first $1,000 (Minimum Fee) and $10 for each additional $1,000 or part thereof.
Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment and permanent systems based on the total value of construction.
