A life saved by caring volunteers, neighbors and good fortune

The Lakeville Journal recently published a heartwarming story about Cornwall’s own Richard Schlesinger titled “A life saved by caring volunteers, neighbors and good fortune”. We wish Richard a quick recovery and greatly appreciate everything he has done to give back to our town. He truly exemplifies the spirit of Cornwall. Hats off to CVFD, Connecticut State Police, and a good Sarmatian who saved the life of one of the most cherished members of our community.
