Learn a variety of simple and embellished embroidery stitches and motifs to create a Victorian Collage Quilt Block.  Supply list provided on registration.  Class will be rescheduled if weather conditions require. Fee is $75 for all three sessions, payable to the instructor.  Registration is required at cornwalllibrary.org.
