Session 1 – Create Maps of Intention – Give form to your dreams, using a creative, nonlinear approach (color, lines & shapes, words, collage and more) to visually represent:
experiences you’ve had (skills and abilities) and
ones that you would like to have (ideas and dreams).
Session 2 – Writing Workshop: Craft Statements of Intentions and Action Steps using your Map as your guide and the ideas/feedback of other attendees.
What do I/we want to do?
Break out tasks involved: What needs to happen 1st, 2nd, 3rd?
What do I need to learn or need help with?
Who can help? Brainstorm list of Allies & Mentors. Who might be interested in your idea? Who’s already knowledgeable?
When can I/we start tasks?
Session 3 – Refine Maps & Goals with Plans & Schedules
Group activity to capture words, statements, blurbs etc. that express your Intention further.
Plan a small event to introduce and further your goals with Allies & Mentors
