Community Information: April 5, 5pm. Community Health & Wellness is the only federally qualified health center (FQHC) in the far Northwest Corner of CT. Nobody is turned away. Staff from the center, including Joanne Borduas, the CEO of CHWC, Cay Hosterman, Elizabeth Russ, and Rebecca Malone, all nurse practitioners, will discuss the center’s services and programs.
