They are of varying difficulty: Furnace Brook (reclaimed fields and wetlands-easy mile)\, Ballyhack (forested pine and laurel ravine – moderate 1-2 miles)\, Foote (gently sloping field with classic valley views – half mile)\, and Cathedral Pines (steep old forest – 1-2 miles). DESCRIPTION:In an effort to promote education in areas of study that match our mission\, which includes supporting local environmental conservation\, the Cornwall Conservation Trust\, Inc. is pleased to offer a maximum grant of $1000 to graduating high school students or students who are enrolled in college and are residents of Region One. More information\, including an online application\, can be found on the Student Grants page on our website: cornwallconservationtrust.org. Deadline is May 1\, 2024. \nThe Trust has been awarding scholarship grants since 2008 through an endowment established by the Calhoun Family. Student grants are awarded on a yearly basis in May.
