This property is part of a keystone forest that provides important wildlife habitat and connectivity between the Mohawk State Park and the Hollenbeck River watershed. \nThe hike features rocky ledges and views of a scenic brook and is moderately difficult\, with some rocky\, uneven terrain. The route is approximately 3.8 miles as an out-and-back hike or can be completed as a pleasant 3-mile loop by returning along Johnson Road. \nPlease park near 29 Johnson Road and remember to be tick savvy. \nUpdates and trail maps can be found at cornwallconservationtrust.org.
