DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Earth Day on April 27th on  Saturday afternoon at Cornwall Town Hall with Grumbling Gryphons actors\, musicians and visual artists.  At 3:00 P. M. join a drama\, music & endangered species puppet making workshop that will culminate in a 5:00 pm spectacular Earth Day Pageant on the Town  Green with live music provided by Berkshire Resilience Brass Band and Jane Prentice on fiddle. Ellen Moon will be featured in her larger than life Golden Lady Puppet.  A gigantic oil spill costume will be featured along with Trash Creatures\,  Whales\, Rainbows\, and more!  A potluck dinner to follow at 5:30 in Cornwall Town Hall. (Rain or shine! the parade and festivities will be held inside Town Hall if it rains). \nPlease register for the 3:00-5:00 pm if possible in advance! Dogs are not allowed during programs but welcome all other times. \nSunday\, May 5 at 10 A.M. Walk on the wild side at Rattlesnake Preserve. Naturalist Andy Dobos and Deb Bennett will lead a walk through this preserve which features dual beaver ponds\, searching for edible wild plants and wildflowers. Park at the Rattlesnake Road entrance near Cogswell Road.
