DESCRIPTION:Saturdays January 6\, 13\, and 20\n10:00 am to 11:30 am \nLearn basic drawing skills using ink and watercolor pencils to capture nature subjects and simple scenes.  Supply list provided on registration.  Class will be rescheduled if weather conditions require.  Fee is $75 for all three sessions\, payable to the instructor.  Registration is required at cornwalllibrary.org.

SUMMARY:Art Opening: Cornwall Landscapes by Robert Adzema - Library
DESCRIPTION:Since moving to Cornwall in 2019 Robert Adzema has been exploring the local landscape through plain-air watercolor painting. Painted on location these colorful and energetic works capture his engaging interaction with our varied and beautiful landscape.  Through images of the iconic Cornwall Bridge\, the spectacular Coltsfoot Valley\, and more personal paintings of his own home and gardens\, these works document the joy and energy he finds here in Cornwall.  He hopes you will stop by to see the paintings. \nThe exhibition will continue through February. \nRobert is a painter and a sculptor. He studied industrial design at Pratt Institute and received his Masters of Fine Arts from Indiana University. He co-authored The Great Sundial Cutout Book and is well known for his sundial sculptures which include large public works as well as garden style sundials.
