Ingrid Ellen\, The Paulette Goddard Professor of Urban Policy and Planning at New York University\, will moderate a panel discussion among Jocelyn Ayer\, Director\, Litchfield County Center for Housing Opportunity\, Ginni Block\, Chair\, Cornwall Housing Corporation\, Heidi Cunnick\, Chair\, Cornwall Conservation Commission\, Bart Jones\, President\, Cornwall Conservation Trust\, and Anna Timell\, Chair\, Cornwall Planning & Zoning Commission.
